What if for Nunu's reworked ult Nunu basically summons an ice storm that hinders movements and makes enemies become nearsighted while in the ice storm. Could freeze units within it after a certain period of time as well. Could be visually, an amazing looking ability to just see Nunu and his Yeti summon this big Ice storm.

Nunu's current ultimate works very similarly, scaling up to a 95% slow over the duration of his channel. Adding Nearsight would be very interesting, but it's quite difficult to escape the storm at present. 3 seconds of Nearsight is a huge detriment.
Kloqdq1 votesThe idea is consider it like a extreme fog of war. It would function like a real blizzard almost where it's hard to see and it gets harder and harder to move. It could work something like;
Nunu summons a Blizzard that persists for 4 seconds. While inside the Blizzard enemies take 50/100/150 (+30% Ability Power) damage, are nearsighted and are slowed by 20% increased by 20% for every second they are within the storm.
The storm gets harder and harder to escape as it goes on. Can stay roughly the same size but just works like a thick cloud. I think it could be a really cool idea that works roughly the same but offers something really different from other champions.
