i jumped on the veigar hype train, and he completely curbstomps in low elo

my only four games I've ever played in multiplayer as veigar:

Land an e and lane opponent has to flash out or be 100-0d. He can't be pushed out of lane if he takes tp, and when not denied, can have almost double the ap of the enemy laner at the 20 minute mark.
