What's the weakness in new LB?

Not a salt threat. Just curious, as I don't play LB (or mid at all) often. I remember old LB was squishy and had moderate cooldowns, and terrible waveclear because she had to burn her W and couldn't one shot the whole wave. But new LB essentially can clear waves with her new passive and Q. They gave her the new passive because she has to space skills out to maximize her output but it seems like she doesn't even need to for her to burst you down. I saw a LB rush and still burst our Ziggs down in one rotation.

The only actual weakness is a somewhat high skill cap / skill floor.

Once you have a LB who has mastered her.. haha.. good luck.

As mentioned earlier, requires a good amount of skill to be good on hero However if you're good at playing higher brust hero's with cc then you will win late game. As you'll 1 shot lb or she'll one shot you Skill match up late game Player viegar D:

She punishes you for playing safe early. You will miss cs and xp and fall behind to the point where when you do walk up to get any cs at all, she'll jump over the wave and oneshot you since you're underfed.

You're also punished for trying to trade with her since she almost always will do more damage than you.

The only way to really go even with her is to punish her every time she tries to trade with you, and be aware of her powerspikes. If she doesn't start with E level 1, she is pretty weak. And at level 2, she'll likely get Q to bounce, but still remains relatively weak compared to many others at level 2. Annie has a much stronger lv 2 powerspike, for example. If you don't see her use any spells at level 1, don't trade with her because she can E you and possibly oneshot you from 3/4 hp. Wait for her to use W then you know it's safe.

After this, anytime she uses W to try to mark you, hit her quickly before the 1.5s sigil procs and back away from the wave so she has to choose between bouncing the Q to farm, or chasing you to proc it. Never stand in a clear straight line from her or she will E you and you die. If she ever misses her E, that's when she is most vulnerable and is your chance to try to get some damage off without fear of getting oneshot.

She can always retain the option to just W on top of you and E you at point blank range - this will likely kill you or send you back, and this is when you need to unload your kit on her and hope it kills her.

You can never let her get free damage off on you, or she will push you out of lane constantly, and set you back so far behind.

Get a neg cloak or hexdrinker first item and health items like rod of ages.

But honestly, she's too strong as she is right now, and either should be reverted or nerfed. She's the #1 ban in many regions for a reason.

Crowd control helps as well as positioning.

In the early game if you position well then she cannot go in on you without missing her wave clear. You can build resistances to mitigate her burst or lower/stop her CC. You can also punish her wave clear if you throw SS at where she is about to wave clear because she has to jump in but this takes prediction skill.
