• Increase mana cost or CD on his Q to reduce spamming
• Give Unstoppable back to W

Other options:

• Reduce W's damage (Either through % HP or base)

W's damage can be tweaked from there to play with his winrate. Atop that, playing with his Q pillar size / duration.
