premades in dynQ

blows my mind that riot thinks premade 3's and premade 5's should have the same winrate. that's absolutely fucking ridiculous.

An army of 500k should have an even match vs an army of 300k + a foreign legion of 200k with no shared command structure. yeah that makes a lot of fucking sense
