You gave a nerf to Malzahar,Swain and Karthus from same reasons.They weren't op.Where,when are Lux nerfs? Double standard? Yes,they are skillshot champion but Lux too.Moreover Lux pick rate 20%,their pick rate were 3% or 5%.I want justice or fair game balance in this game.So I will say about this game balance every time.

Chuck Charles1 votesshe is only slightly overtuned. and its not her damage or kit. everything about her has quite a bit of counterplay. what needs to happen again to make her balanced is revert the mana costs on Q to where it is expensive again and then she should be in a decent spot. currently because you rank Q second, the Q stays at a relatively low mana cost for when it counts (later in the game mana is not an issue) and you can throw this out aggressively quite often in lane in the right matchups and if you know where enemy jungler is without being punished for it too much.
i main Lux, but I want to be clear she is not "OP" just slightly overtuned on the Q mana cost in my opinion. all the other buffs she got were quality of life buffs that gave her the ability to outplay.
