I feel like Zyra needs some love

Midlane Zyra won't be comming back unless they revert her plant's AI. The way it is now she has to chose between zoning (hitting the laner with Q to make the plants target them) or waveclear (hitting the Q on the minions to damage them), and that's just not viable when every single midlaner can do both.

Her midlane (where many people would like her to be playable) could use some work. Adjust some base damage and ratios around, tweak some timings (cooldown or durations), and she should be viable in both roles. Also fixing some lackluster AP itemization choices.
