Playing against a rengar feels like urf, his damage is way overturned, his healing is r%%%%%ed, and the champ pretty much never falls behind. What the fuck even is he now? a bruiser, assassin? both? I honestly want to know why this abominations isnt getting any nerfs/fixes, is his new skin the reason?

Let me break it down. His crutch is the stacks that go away rather fast and his ganking isnt really good outside of ult due to the stacks or you passive from lane bushes
Rengar is perfectly balanced, as all things should be. He can fall behind easily, like any assassin and become useless. What he is depends on what items he's building.
