Do something about Zed
I can confidently say that there is nothing you can do as a mage against zed. Its a lane lost in champ select.

Zed doesn’t counter Diana. She may struggle early but if she is good at sidestepping his Q she’ll make it to 6 just fine. She can easily rush Zhonias and he’s a non-threat to her. The problem with Zed, being a Diana main, I typically run into is that he roams better than she can.

disables his ult and his W with her ground, can easily deal with him, It's a pretty even matchup can Tibbers stun and burst him, is just a general counter to him is a bad matchup for him,

It is brain dead easy for 
to win against Zed. Play it back until he does something stupid like dive you under tower, snare, and let the tower kill him. Alternatively, sit back farm with W and bide your time till you get

I mean most of those champs you list can deal with zed? And if you're really having that much trouble with him you can always permaban zed.
Literally all mages can compete against a champion that doesn't do anything till level 3 and has a 20 second trade window. If you can't then probably ask a coach or watch the myriad of youtube videos with zed matchups. Granted my opinion is seated in diamond elo, while this one is likely gold/silver.
