Beyond whether the buffs are right or wrong. (they seem exaggerated to me) Mundo needs a complete rework.
Riot should just let this champ be bad until a rework only a small amount of people like him and most people hate fighting him there is no reason to buff him.

Riot in 2018: Randomly gives Mundo a pretty big buff for seemingly no reason, only to be forced to nerf him over the next few patches due to how inherently toxic and unfun his kit is.
Riot in 2019: Leaned absolutely nothing.
nothing about his r or passive were changed.
they buffed the damage on infected cleaver and masochism.
youre like, i dont know, a year (?) late with that complaint. i dont know when they buffed his ult, but it was a long time ago.
His HP Regen was like that for a while now, don't right him during ultimate, just like him til he has to use it
