Is urf supposed to be different than standard season 7 games?
League used to be a tactical game of out thinking and out playing your opponent over the course of 30-40 min. When urf was first released in that environment, it was a fun divergence from calculated, tense gameplay decisions.
Now, Riot has made the game a caricature of itself, adopting the principles of urf for the competitive game mode. You now snowball to victory within the first 5-10 min, have overpowered abilities with nearly no CD, are very rarely gated by any actual costs or drawbacks of using abilities, and every fight is watching people get blown up in half a second.
Urf isn't a unique game mode anymore, it's become the actual game, which is pretty pathetic if you ask me.
i dont see what was so damn "tactical" about this shit. pieces of crap that steamrolled lategame cuz they have a shit load of peel and hyper carries do aids amounts of damage from two screens away. fuck that shit!
