On a scale of 1 to 10, how strong do you think Vladimir is?

I've played 300 games with this one champion and might be biased if you ask me if he's "balanced." Therefore, I would like to hear everyone else's opinion first before giving my own.

He's balanced to bad depending on if he can get a good matchup or not. He's significantly stronger if he can get into a lane he can free farm in but is garbage in lanes that can deny him.

Match up dependent, he's shit against Caitlyn but strong against lower ranged ADC's. He's bad against melee tanks because they bodyblock, and better against enchanters because they'll probably eat 2 procs of his E damage. He's bad against long range mages and far better against battle mages. He's bad against poke and good against burst (Q sustain is nice, but it's not enough if you wanna push at the same time. Your own pushing also isn't amazing. You have no mobility to dodge poke.)

Vladimir's wave clear is one of his biggest weaknesses. Ekko, for example, can make farming a living hell for Vladimir.

I would say at peak potential he's a 7. But most people build him wrong so I would say adjusted for reality his "OP" level is like a 4.

Vlad player that knows every matchup and how to survive into the late game and combos? 9

If you ever meet a vlad that knows what they're doing and doesn't try to win the earlygame, you're in for a REALLY rough time.
