Am I the only one who thinks that Fiora is balanced?
I mean... Yes, she has true damage based on your health. Yes, she is unduelable during the mid/late game.
However, from what I've seen playing as her and against her, Fiora's early game is terrible. If your opponent knows how to play around Fiora's passive, you will have an extremely hard time as Fiora. Her true damage based on max health doesn't have a good base damage and Fiora needs to buy some AD items to allow it to actually do good damage. The problem is that they nerfed Tiamat, and because Fiora lacks waveclear, it is really, really easy to deny her from farming, control and freeze the lane, and zone Fiora. It is also easy to leave her behind for the same reason. Also, even if she manages to complete Ravenous Hydra, she needs Black Cleaver for the CDR. And she also needs some resistance items (Maw, Randuin, Deadman's) to make her have good survivability during fights (so that she can actually make use of her true damage).
All in all, Fiora's early game is bad. Her base stats are terrible, and her base damage is low too - but her scalings are amazing. Due to all those reasons, she is pretty item dependent. Until she can complete at least a Ravenous Hydra, it seems that playing as her during the early game is an awful experience, especially if your opponent is playing a lane bully like Darius or Renekton or Riven, all which can snowball and outtrade Fiora during the early game, before she can get her items and outscale them.
