Preseason Talk - Karthus

So with Season 7 coming to a close soon, I'd like to talk about some of the incoming stuff showing up in Preseason, like the new Runes, and the fact that because of said runes, Rito plans on Changing a bunch of base stats for everyone when this happens. On this list of course, will hopefully be my main man Karthus, who personally could use just a little bit of love, especially with all this Bolshevik with stuff like Locket, Redemption etc. Now I can't really say to do anything with his ult per-se since it IS a global 5-man nuke lol, but I can at least suggest that maybe we can up the ticks on his E active? Also, let's do something with his W since it just doesn't feel either impactful or even satisfying to use even if you do land the slow.

And since I did mention Runes earlier, I don't suppose there's a rune somewhere that might benefit Karthus at all? So far the only one I've seen that might do him any good is that Flash-Related one since Karthus is quite immobile.
