I can't ask for a buff to Darius because he is apparently the most overpowered champ in game.

He has everything according to boards, slightly higher base stats which makes him tanky to everybody, true damage, high damage, armor pen, and "easy pentas every game"

He's harder to lane against EVEN NOW than Ryze according to boards, Ryze is less cancerous than Darius.

He apparently is a "get in range and he will 100-0 with no counterplay champ"

I can't even have ONE intelligent discussion about Darius on boards because he is the jack of all trades that should never be viable according to boards.

A good darius is like a good draven, he will win lane and snowball carry teamfights, he does have higher base stats but he has no defensive steroids, true gap closers, or sustain so he gets bursted and kited to death. he scales VERY well with AD though, I usually buy hydra on him because of the power, and yes if you get in his range, prepare to die, but his range is far shorter than ryze, and he actually has to build damage to deal damage. He gets counter picked very easily, and is not OP nor cancer, and so far I don't want riot to rework anything anymore because every time they do they just kill the champion for the sake of "filling a role" or "counterplay"

He's a pretty weak pick unless you get really fed. Otherwise, he contributes nothing to team fights besides some tankiness, or moderate-high close range damage with underwhelming resets (while being squishy). His one amazing strength (ridiculous lane dominance) only makes up for his plethora of weaknesses.

Miss some CS to avoid dying in lane and you will almost certainly have more of an impact on the game than he will. I pick him when I play in low ELO because players don't fully grasp the concept of playing safe in lane.

Darius is in a good spot from what I've seen. His only weak points are the same as any other bruiser. He's kitable and due to building tank his damage will fall off a little late game, nothing wrong with that though. Bruisers aren't all burst, they are supposed to have some DPS on top of that. Of all the bruisers, he's easily one of the scariest. Even with Renekton, I'd rather not go toe to toe with Darius without having a definite advantage first. Heck I remember seeing Darius out duel Lee Sin! His early game is just beastly.
