Aery or Guardian for enchanter supports?

Which provides a better shield throughout laning? Aery's more frequent shield, or the larger shield that's up less often from Guardian?

Id say depends who you're playing. I hear Aery is disabled on PBE atm tho, so maybe don't get used to playing with that for much longer.

Electrocute if you can proc it. I'm not kidding. My support Orianna became useless at patch 7.22 because everyone's damage went up so much. Guardian is by no means weak, but the CD is long. Switched to Electrocute and now I can chunk 50% of either enemy laner's health down with one Q E AA combo at level 2. IMO the psychological protection that comes from a massive health advantage is stronger than the actual shield that comes from Guardian. Besides Electrocute Domination has some other nice runes and gives a nice 18 AP just for taking it as your primary. Not as much as Sorcery's 25 AP but still much better than Resolve's paltry 100 hp. Aery's kind of a middle ground between Electrocute and Guardian. Pathetic shield but decent poke enhancer and you don't have to land three abilities to proc it like you do with Electrocute.
