Trying to carry low elo with Nidalee, but it almost doesn't matter.

So i advise against this..

  1. She is freaking hard to play (no matter what skill level you are with her) she still is a challenging champ.
  2. Even when you are really fed with her.. If your team is even average. It's pretty hard to make plays with her. Everything has to go perfect, and perfection on Nidalee is extremely rewarding, can happen, does happen, but again no matter how good you are wit her it's easier to mess up.
  3. When people are fed, or they have a strong frontline, or even if they are really good at keeping a healthy wave. Good luck poking them down.

All together though, I just played a game where I hit every spear and got myself pretty damn fed for my skill level with her.. and I couldn't carry my team

Even clearing the jungle correctly in the start feels good.. By far she is the most immersive champion in the game. I actually clench my booty on every single play, because you can die from anything. She may actually be the only champion that can be killed by a scuddle crab (I'm not sure).

So play her, becasue she is really fun, and challenging, but don't expect to win ;)

God I love playing Nidalee but I lose often because I let myself slip. Eventually I stopped, but I really agree with your post. She's super feast or famine but inevitably becomes less useful late game.

Thats almost the case for any champion in low elo. That being said If I only played nidalee on a smurf I could prob get diamond with a 60-70% win rate because champion doesn't matter in low elo your team and you matter. If you play well every game you'll win more than lose thats just a given.

It's like trying to climb as ADC in low elos, no matter what 75% of the time, someone on the enemy team is gonna get fed, and you can bet your ass they're targeting you with all that gold. You can also bet that every few team fights you're gonna have one where the enemy ambushes you from the side and murders you, while the rest of your team has no idea what just happened. I mean there's a reason why even the best ADC's can't crack the 54% winrate mark even when every other roles usually got 1 guy that does. It's just too team reliant and not the most viable role to climb with in low elos, but I'm still doing it for some reason, so you might as well keep climbing with Nidalee too.

Once you play enough Nid, surviving in the jungle becomes second nature. I find it harder to survive with Evelynn

The thing about Nidalee is she doesn't really offer a team much past 20 minutes.

In low elo expect your team to throw away any and every early game advantage you get them. It doesn't matter if you help your team get the first 3 turrets by 15 minutes, or get them 2 early drakes and the rift, they will still throw the game 9/10 times and there goes all your hard work.

This is the same reason that Elise, and Lee Sin can't really do all that well in bronze either.

nidalee is a champion that will never be able to solo carry games as no matter how fed she is she cant 1v5 if they group up.

if the enemy groups as five.. you cant stop them by yourself
