Assassins are not overpowered right now

They only have a high pick rate because AD's are OP right now and assassins are the best way to deal with them.

talon and zed are strong mostly because of the ADC meta and the new item being really good on them

zed is god tier because he got buffed and because of the new item (talon is not god tier i would say)

Meanwhile Rengar is god tier because he's Rengar. He's the Teemo of assassins. Just because he's gotten nerfed a lot doesn't mean he's a troll pick. He's still one-shotting ADCs left and right, it's part of his kit.

rengar is like tier 2 right now with the nerfs and the change to his bola. It takes more effort and knowledge of rengar to do well with him then most junglers right now. He may one shot carries but so is every assassin because its part of all their kits.

How do you counter rengar? group and CC him when he tries to jump on someone and dont say he kills the carry too quick in the middle of your entire team because then i will just say you're silver.

Rengar hasn't been a problem for some time now. Even b4 his nerfs he wasn't that obnoxious.

Both have been at the top for a while, not just during Duskblade's implementation. The last time they weren't was during the boring ass tank meta. Even without the adc meta, there's always targets for them. They're needed because of the squishy meta, but at least zed, is typically relevant.
