Next Early Dragon Killer?

Since Dragon's attacks are now on-spell attacks, could that mean that a Nocturne with some CDR and a bit of lifesteal could solo Dragon early game? Like, getting CDR blue runes, lifesteal quints, and then rushing the Warrior enchant. Could that work since Nocturne has a spell shield?

Poppy can solo at level 3.

I'd guess so, a lot of the dragons damage come from those big hits now. That being said, I still feel like the strategy is risky and forces you to take huge risks that you wouldn't normally and could potentially throw an early game if the jungler gets caught.
