Do you think they should turn shyvana into a diver

Shyvana is one of those champions like pantheon where she's riots eternal whipping bitch. She has never really been allowed to stay strong for a long time. Of course there was the sated devour era but that was before they noticed it becoming an issue for all sated devour champions. She also rose to the top as a backup to udyr. they buff her or give her some tools and then they nerf her. They also nerf her items because of other champions. It happened to frozen mallet, botrk, etc. Anyways bruisers aren't supposed to have gapcloser. The only reason shyvana isn't a diver is the lack of cc. Giving her cc could help riot eliminate the farming jg. Shyvana is without a doubt the biggest offender. Anyways riot says she's a juggernaut. do you think she should be changed to a diver in the diver rework.
