Preseason is their earliest estimate. Although it pisses me off that they postponed the project so that the team behind the rework could be reassigned to other things.
On one hand, they at least informed us that they still plan on going through with a rework for Wukong.
On the other hand, they've made it painfully obvious that the rework is such a low priority project that they seem to have absolutely no love for the monkey whatsoever.
