Probably cause you play a fair amount of Annie. Her targeted stun lets her deal with most mobile champs that give others trouble, especially Zoe since she gets close pretty often with her R. Gragas also has the capacity to deal with pretty much anything in the game as long as he's played decently.
Personally, I think Zoe's sleep mechanic is her main issue. It's a bit too rewarding for how easy it is to land on people.

Zyra was a joint project of him and Morello iirc (can be wrong). But me being a hater, I personally believe why release Zyra was so broken was because of CT. But that's me. I can be wrong on the details on how much CT was involved in Zyra's development.
EDIT: Okay, so Zyra is said to be CT did "partly with Coronach and Morello". Okay, maybe CT is not directly at fault with release Zyra, though they were still involved.
That said, even if we take it out due to ambiguity or other similar reasons, he still has made a lot of cancers on the roster. Ofc, a lot of designers also made cancers, and some are still new to the game and learning their ropes, but I'm quite against CT because they have been in League's development for quite a while now (at least 5-6 years now, that's 5-6 seasons out of 7 completed seasons already) and have made almost nothing but cancers outside of a handful stuff that you can count on 1 hand, which is kinda a big deal.

If you look at his champs most of them are rip offs of existing designs and he tries to put in as much crap as possible without any cohesive thought behind it. Most of his champs don't even make sense. Kalista? The only thing that makes sense from her character design and background is her using a spear. That's it. Her ult? Makes no fuckin sense with that kit. Her W is just "hey what if we recycle ashe E? And we just let it deal massive 20% max hp damage because WHY NOT HAHAAAA. I can do this with all of his champs. Zoe? Well her Q and E are nothing special. A long range skillshot spell and a CC. With two instances. Wow. What does her W have to do with the kit AT ALL? Her W makes no sense in not a single way it's tacked on just for WHY NOT HAHAAA. You can remove zoes W and she is the same champion. Her passive? Your ordinary AA enhancement. Ziggs got it, lich bane got it. Nothing special. Her ult? Leblanc distort, nothing else. So what is creative and unique about her design? The W? Yasuo? Passively double crit? Okay. Instead of normal passive crit like tryndamere he just gets double HAhAAA so creative. His shield? What does that have to do with the kit or being a samurai? Nothing. Both just tacked on because. His Q is your standard AA reset ability pretty much every melee has except it can crit. His E? okay some mobility,why not. Windwall makes no sense and can be completely removed and he is the same champion. None of his designs make any sense and often you can delete half the kit and they would be the absolutely same champion because he just slaps random shit onto kits for no reason other than being "oh so creative and unique" and in reality most of this shit plays out as anti fuck up mechanics to make sure even the worst player can find success on his champions.

You're dangerously treading the line between a kit that makes sense to the lore of the champion and a kit that makes sense to the gameplay of the champion. I cannot stress this enough, Yasuo would NOT be the same champion without Wind Wall. That's not a bad thing, either. He would be MUCH easier to balance without it. Yasuo's design is Wind themed. He's as swift as the wind, and the wind is his ally. He also happens to be a swordsman. I hate Wind Wall as an ability, but never once did I feel like it didn't make sense on his kit. A character who has mastered the wind should have developed a defensive technique with it at some point

Moonfall Saber Iv'e noticed in some of your last few games against zoe, neither your mid or adc got QSS. This can be a hugely effective item against zoe and I would highly recommend for you to explain this to your team mates.

Her biggest counters are bruisers because they have the easiest time dodging the ability, (most have fair mobility) usually have counters to her abilities (Fiora's Parry, Garen's Courage, etc.), have enough damage to punish her for mistakes, have enough tankiness to survive a blow (unlike ADCs and supports, who are clearly the main complainers), and,
most importantly of all.
They have the correct natural positioning that counters Zoe.
They stick very close to Zoe to deal their damage. Zoe doesn't like that. She doesn't even deal a lot of damage at that range. She, like Aurelion Sol, likes her targets to be at a fixed medium or fixed long distance. And like Aurelion Sol she has basically only 1 ability to help her actually peel except (her E), maybe her W if she gets lucky. So if she misses her E or it gets blocked (very likely vs. bruisers), she is done for in a 1v1, and even if she hits it, she doesn't really win.
Keep in mind she is mainly a 1v1 champion. Losing at her own game? Boom. Hard countered.
Seriously. Try playing 
vs. her. It is hilariously easy, especially if you are a [listed champ] main.

Tacosrock1 votesI agree that Zoe is incredibly unhealthy for the game but I don't waste a ban on her. Most of the time I can beat her as long as the game ends before 30ish minutes because if it doesn't, Riot blesses her with insane scaling that makes sure that regardless of whether shes 1/10 or 10/1, she's gonna 1-shot your ass later in the game. That's the only thing that I find to be absolutely bs on her.

Her bubble sucks but you can block it with minions. Winning lane is easy with hard shoving and proper positioning.
I'd much rather throw a ban at someone like Malz who can just click on you and leave you defenseless as their jg comes in to throw you into a gray screen .
