Kai'Sai = Burst DPS Invisibility (self peel) Waveclear (not as good, but still there) Mixed Damage AS Steroid Self-Shield Hypermobile.
Like, what? Why?
Kaisa is not "hypermobile". She has her tumble-like thingy and her ult and that's it. That's not bad, that's not hypermobile either. I think you could have done a better job at describing Xayah strengths : large duration untargetability, underrated movespeed boost on her feathers (30% is nothing to scoff at, that's pretty damn big for kiting) and root.
They are the two strongest but they were made because everyone whines about how adc's are just death bots if they are not super fed. Also Caitlyn counters them both.
