Current ADC Itemization shows a lack of Death's Dance being built

Here are the most common core builds for the top 10 most played ADCs in Plat+ this patch:

In these 10 builds, the most common items are IE, which appears 6 times, followed by RFC which appears 5 times. All other items appear either 2 or 3 times while ER appears only once. Death's Dance, however, appears a total of 0 times, which only goes to show that this is a Draven exclusive item. This is also data from NA servers - keep in mind that for every 10 Death's Dance built on an ADC on NA, only 1 is built in KR.

The main point of this post is to show the lack of DD on ADCs, as I keep seeing complaints about the item when the statistics all point to it not being a problem, but rather it being underused even.
