Low coooldown stealth, and abilities that scale extremely well (more than 100% with AD). He's also impossible to focus down in teamfights, because all stealth champs have to have even more safety built into their kits.

He's not always jungle. Top Wukong is still very viable. Honestly he can keep his damage and stealth. I just want them to nerf his passive.
