EndlessSorcerer2 votesRiot goes over the chat log; if the report isn't valid you won't get punished for it. You don't get punished for a single game; being punished requires that poor behaviour is consistent over a number of games.
Basically you won't get punished if you didn't do anything punishable. Considering you are blaming your team, calling your jungler inbred, and blowing this out of proportion...

I've been in a game with one of his accounts, and I actually had to look at it again because he was raging on his "non-rage" account. So that means nothing.
And I'm going off what Riot has said. Show me where they say otherwise. Give me a few minutes and I'll show you posts saying that they review chat logs.

EndlessSorcerer1 votesTribunal doesn't go over them since the tribunal is down. Instead, staff at Riot go over the report logs when considering punishment. They may also consider your past history, so if you've been muted before they might be quicker to punish you again for continuing your poor behaviour.

If you can't recognize that this is a blatant example of blaming, then I highly doubt the veracity of your claim that you weren't flaming in chat. You seem to think that this is perfectly acceptable, so I really question what else you consider acceptable behaviour.

Karlyr1 votesThe way someone act in a game is more than often enough. Refusing to communicate (for me) is also doing the exact opposite that what your team is asking you to do. (And more often than not ruining the game for them.)
Getting reported isn't only how you communicate with your team, but also how you react to them. It doesn't have to be verbal. Just spamming a help ping after you died top is enough (for me) to get you reported.
And with the post that you just wrote, I sincerely think that you enter this category.

Karlyr1 votesAnd as I said in my original post, people will sometimes get reported for acts in the game. I sometimes report people that are already chat restricted (it's obvious as f***) just because they acted as a**h*** in game.
They didn't say a single word in game, but they did enough pinging/refusing to listen to us, to get reported.

You won't accept or like (or maybe even understand) the skepticism about your level of toxicity in the game, but the skepticism is real.
In the past, some intrepid tribunaler would drag up the poster's card and whammo blammo, instant toxicity. Sadly, that cannot happen now.
