Reworked Teemo should be as cancerous and toxic as possible.

Unlike or whoever your personal hate champion is, Teemo was designed to be an annoying little shit and to frustrate his enemies and it wasn't just an unintented biproduct of his kit.

Back in season 1 and 2 he was exactly that. You have to imagine, there were not a lot ranged toplaners besides him, a vast majority of them would be immobile and almost everyone was auto attacked based. And he was picked so fucking often. He was an absolute hell to play against in that Meta. This is what spawned the meme, his lore and character fit absolutely perfectly with it, he was a cute little hamster with psychopathic and hidden tendencies inside him and nothing felt better than finally murdering him in cold blood and getting a kill on him.

Slowly but surely the Meta shifted and all that's left of him is a champion that really isn't that good anymore and gets outdone in terms of frustration by a lot of other champions combined with a somewhat dead meme. He isn't the overlord of evil anymore and it saddens me that I can't refresh the front page of the forums anymore to see someone complain about him since others have taken his spot.

If any champion deserved to be the most frustrating, annoying, cancerous pile of shit in existence it's him. It's his identity. I want to feel like quitting games a million times over by only seeing him in the loading screen and feel the glee of killing that little filth again when I finally somehow manage to do it. Let him show the gameplay boards that and are nothing compared to the OG overlord of tilt and rage.
