I don't get how this mastery has flown under the radar for so long, it completely makes small trades in the bot lane meaningless and lets AD champs who run it able to skip a Bloodthirster until last or second last item
For low damage characters it is a real kick in the nuts too to just not be able to kill people who have this mid game

People pick Warlords because botlane's laning phase is fucked up.

if anything that's where it shines the most since you get full benefit from warlord's when attacking enemy champs and if you get jumped on it makes it easier to stay alive and not get bursted since warlord's for some reason gives you more sustain when you're low HP.
