If you had 3 days of creative power to change League of Legends, what would you do?
TSIA.
TSIA.
Make the system permaban anyones account who says, "it's only normals or it's only ARAM". I don't want apathetic people screwing with the time of people who are here to actually play the game the way it was intended and aim to improve themselves by playing with others who wish to do the same.
Day 1: Replace every champions icon, name, and champ select quote with Draaaaaaaven's in champ select. You're still selecting the champion that is in that position in the grid.
Day 2: Revert day one change, disable Draaaaaaaaven and have him commentate all games.
Day 3: Revert day two change, health regen disabled, all champions gain Zac passive and take 1 true damage per second. End of day, revert all changes and delete Teemo from the game files.
Day 1, crate a Draven announcer pack Day 2-3 use it for all games
Day 4, still be in power because of popular opinion
Day 1: rework the tribunal so reporting actually does something, but never tell anyone what that something is.
Day 2: make a ranked que option for the crystal scar and dominion. Still plan on removing dominion.
Day 3: remove duskblade and replace it with dfg. Claim its a bug, and have rito work on it for two years.
Day 1: Fire the following employees without severance on the grounds of business misconduct, mistreatment of customers and lack of productivity:
Day 2: Revert the entire game back to patch 3.12, then slowly start integrating new champs back into the game with all their numbers significantly reduced to make it easier to buff them into healthy states much later on.
Day 3: Begin reworking Rito's business structure from the ground up, starting by creating Supervisor positions to eliminate the complete lack of work ethic and watch out for further employee power abuse.

Dude, you can't fire meddler. I agree with the other 3 but not meddler.
Then he best better step up and throw those other 3 under the bus. Claim that they coerced him to do and say what he's done and said.

Meddlers a good person and will do anything necessary to stop you from firing him.
(if the hypothetical were true.)
A "good person" would have never made these posts unless they were being forced to do so:
I would increase the bans to 5 per team (1 per person) and remove tahm kench from the game.
Before I answer, exactly how much power do I have? What counts as "creative?" What I mean to ask is, am I allowed to fire certain employees?
You can change or outright remove any champion, mechanic, item, or part of the game that you see fit. You can also revert past changes, add new queues and whatnot. Essentially you can make the game into any shape you'd feel is correct.

Five bans per team, and bump required champions to 20.
Reduce some rune prices (but mostly the incredibly unreasonably high priced rune that nobody actually uses).
Make five(?) champions free for every new players (one tank, mage, marksman, fighter or assassin?, and support).
Replace some of the new "lore" with something better than a vague paragraph.
Change "Pentakill!" to "Tentakill!" for Illaoi.
Make the music change if certain champions score a pentakill (essentially their theme songs, like with Vi or Jinx) until the enemy team begins respawning.
Nerf Thresh's W range, make him melee (but E passive full charge will give him ranged aa, similar to that one marksman item), make him face the direction he throws his hook, but boost his starting armor to compensate for a greater early game weakness.
Rework Blitzcrank. Maybe move his hook to his ultimate but make it some kind of Q+Mega Gnar R love child and make it incredibly epic.
Change a few champions here and there.
Release Ao Shin.
Fix Azir bugs.
Buff/power shift Syndra.
Notice Yorick exists.
Buff towers.
Make the dragon/herald roam the river if left alone too long.
Buff Lee Sin to piss non-Lee Sin mains off.
Nerf Lee Sin to piss Lee Sin mains off.
Buff Riven in a patch but secretly remove her animation cancelling to see if anyone notices, and then admit nothing.
Make some anti-assassin mage items that don't really benefit against marksman, giving mages an opportunity to counter-build without having a "build this build every single game" neon sign.
Reduce tear's total mana but make it easier to stack, possibly add a passive or change the active in the completed item to work like Blitzcrank's passive. Kind of like an AP Maw.
Revert Ekko to release state and claim it was a temporal accident.
Replace classic Ahri model with her school girl model for a couple days and claim it was a bug.
Give coin and talisman their MS stats back, but nerf the cooldown on the active.
Make relic shield items place a passive on the last minion hit so if the ADC is a dick and last-hits the cannon minion, the passive will proc anyway.
I would change all of Leona's scaling to ad and double the amount and laught at her being pick ban...........
I'd create an On-Hit-Effectiveness field for all the abilities in the game so skills could dynamically interact with items like
rather than just "less effective on DoTs/AoE".
As-is: a lot of otherwise interesting on-spell effects just aren't allowed to be good/exist because of a specific champion's abilities being to good with them. Blackfire Torch was heavily abused by Singed, to the point he has something like an 80% win rate. Vladimir and Spell Vamp was pretty derp at one point. Udyr and the current Echo's is looking to be one of those cases.
There's also Ezreal's Mystic Shot ability abusing certain on-hit-effects for auto attacks themselves, and if abilities had an on-hit effectiveness data field his Q could be tunned down to represent the power it's substantial range offers.
While 35% on AoE/DoT seems simple ATM: the radius/expected targets of an AoE and duration of DoTs play a much bigger roll in shifting things around concerning per-cast items, along with other factors like cooldown length.
The ultimate goal with this change would be to have On-Hit effects feel intuitively as powerful as they should with any particular ability rather than making things more complex. A small AoE skill will apply stronger effects than a large AoE skill, a 2 second DoT more potent effects than a 6 second DoT, etc.
I think I would do something to deinsentivise the power of stats and make itemization more about actives, this is do games don't snowball super hard off minor gold leads and I stop falling asleep during the LCS, you gain advantages in this game through superior control of the map instead of just getting a lead early and then death balling because your ahead and your opponents can't even try to fight you
You and your team should have the potential to get outplayed at all stages in the game like in competitive sports and the only advantage you get is "points" like towers
Make it you need to be gold+ to post and upvote on board
Sandbox Mode. Also gut Sated, Rageblade and fix the other stupid shit that is floating around currently

3 days of creative power. that would be 3 different featured game modes for everyone to play.

I would buy Graves a cigar.
Day 1. Add a insta gib match, one shot one kill.
Day 2. Remove insta gib.
Day 3. Drink wine and pass out.
Sandbox mode, and removal of dusk-blade. Oh, and revert Xin buffs.
Totally overhaul the items and ranked ladder both are total nightmares, send anyone involved with the creation of duskblade to a prison in guantanamo bay, fire all balancing staff save a select few, also deport morello to the same prison as the rest, change karmas current passive back to her old one, give her mantra E back, give ezreal another skin with particles, give riven an energy bar, revert the nerfs on zeds ult back to what they were in patch 5.2 and add a "if zed dies before his ult pops it is cancelled instead" clause give riven an energy bar, ramp up the movement speed on rammus q, make his ult actually do something, remove kalista from the game because there's no way to balance bullshit, remove IE and crit as a whole. This isn't a fucking RPG it's a moba, crit is a horrible mechanic and the fact it exists 6 years after the games debut just proves riots employees aren't capable of good game design, hire about 200 people to review report cases and issue bans on the spot where necessary, no suspensions, no nothing. You be a douche you're gone. Give teemo back his .8 ap ratio on his mushroom so that they MATTER. Revert all adc's back to 5.12 except lucian, he's reverted to 4.11. Add a 175% movement speed buff decaying over 2 seconds to summoner skill cleanse, bring promote back, take out triforce entirely, make teleport CD 200 seconds regardless of what you cast it on, take away ahri's totally unnecessary movement speed buff on q. And that's all i can think of right now.
Tell the rework team that they have three days to hash out rushed and poorly conceived reworks for the following champions:
. Only one thing is required: All champions must be given at least one damaging ability that is a skillshot.
Return DFG to the game with a revised active that still achieves the same goal. It still has 120 AP because it's a nice number. Also rework mage mana regen itemisation by buffing Grail and creating several new AP + mana regen items.
Do a comprehensive review of the game's abilities with the following questions: "Could this ability suppress?" and "Could this ability silence?". Possible candidates: Sona's Hymn of Valor (silence), Evelynn's Hate Spikes (suppression).
