Nothing surprising here, stop being terrible and you'll find zed is trash tier.

it just occured to me, that instead of making the passive deal % missing health damage, they could just have it deal a flat amount of magic damage up to equal to the total attack damage of the champion depending on missing health.

this would also deal with the problem that the item might be too strong on carries, as ad assassins usually stack much larger amounts of raw ad. at the same time youd be able to deal with the item by getting a hexdrinker.

since assassins will usually go down the cunning tree and pick up dual pen, while carries go ferocity, this would also contribute to the item being more effective on them.

not to mention the flat damage would make it more usueful against squishies and wouldnt give marksmen yet another weapon against fighters and tanks.

I would be shocked if this item really made much of a dent in his winrate. Typically, a champions most important item is their first 2 and I don't see Zed building this until his 3rd item at the earliest.
