This rune is straight up bonkers
Just look at this nocturne with 0 AD items bringing me down to half hp in 2 auto attacks thanks to conqueror
When is Riot gonna nerf this experimental rune? This is no fun. Stop nerfing champions when the problem clearly lies in the rune they all commonly abuse, and give Jax back his 40 damage on 3rd R after you dumpster this generic, 0 counterplay, 0 skill-based annoying rune

But yes, conqueror does look like it contributed to it. Except you only have a cloth armor, if you had tabis, conqueror would have done a lot more for him.
He also used redsmite on you but this was right before riven got into the fight.

Its pretty strong but given that he hit you with 4-5 autos+ one being a passive empowered one, had his Q and conq bonus AD and hit you with Q+E+chill smite i dont think its a wonder really.
If anything you were just terribly unlucky, had he not stacked that on blue beforehand you´d decimate him with press the attack before he even got it started.
