AP Rengar, wtf.

I was playing Vlad in the mid lane, our top laner was getting killed by an AP Rengar, and I was like "Well yeah I hear AP Rengar is a thing", then later on he ults, comes to the mid lane(where I'm doing pretty okay), and basically 100 to 0s me with a spirit visage, and a giant belt. The guy had 5 kills at this time and I was pretty much building mostly HP at this point, being a tanky son of a gun and he 100 to 0'd me. As far as I know Rengar has no HP% damage, I avoided his ult pounce with my pool, and he still 100 to 0'd me with a ludens, some sorc shoes, and a hextech protobelt(as far as I know the protobelt missed most fights against him). How...how does this happen? If he can 100 to 0 a Vladimir with about 2k health with two items(and missing some of his abilities as well), no health% damage, and the only pen item being sorc shoes, how is this fair against squishies?

Yeah, but he had two items to my 1 and a half item. I still had more than 2k HP and some MR from spirit visage.

His W has a 1.0 AP ratio and he can use his W three times within 2 seconds. It's good burst. I don't believe that he 100-0 you, if he did then it's your fault. You're Vlad, use your pool.

I used my pool, to avoid his ult jump and protobelt dash. after that he still was able to 100 to 0 me.
