Tanky Fiora is getting out of control

Assassin Fiora is already dumb enough since she can literaly counter every single tank no matter who they pick or how they build.

Now this new tanky Fiora thing is getting worse, you can't even “just wipe her out with burst damage". I believe a Fiora with 3.5K Hp and 200 armor&MR while still being able to burst anyone(not only squishes but also tanks) as well as bringing hundreds of extra hp to the entire team is against the original design.
