Out of curiosity can you never get chests once having bad behavior?
I'm just curious. Like say you were to tone it down on being toxic and ragey, would Riot eventually let the players get them again, or no?

DrCyanide1 votesThe article on it said after you "reform" you could get into Hextech Crafting. With the punishment system, you drop one punishment tier every 3 months of good behavior. It's probable (not certain) that you'd have to get to where your next punishment would be a 10-game chat restriction before you can get hextech crafting stuff.
