Why are Jinx and Vayne still untouched?

How does Jinx's rocket being able to hit (and crit) an infinite number of targets with a 10% bonus damage and 175 range modifier make any sense? First of all, it should not be able to crit secondary targets and tbh it should not be able to do full damage to them either. Look at Kayle. She doesn't do 110% (over 260% with a crit) of her damage to every target. She's strong with sated, but pretending that item didn't exist, she's a really well balanced champion. The rest of her kit gives Jinx exactly what she needs to thrive, which is why she has been effective in every meta since her release. She has a powerful long range slow/poke, a great tool for trapping/disengaging, and an aoe execute that when played correctly can simply be used to proc her passive when she wants.

Now Vayne. Basically, she's strong for the same reasons Jinx is. Her kit is so perfectly tailored to an ADC of her type that her "early weakness" simply doesn't exist. Enough mobility and disengage to survive laning, such monstrous raw stats and steroids that she becomes unstoppable late game.

Honestly I have no problem with either of these champions, as I am usually someone like Jax or Vladamir that has no trouble whatsoever dealing with any ADC, but I'm tired of seeing them in every game. When Vayne Ashe Kalista Jinx have enough utility and steroids to be a hypercarry at every point of the game, why bother using bullies like Draven or Caitlyn ?

Make their early game "weakness" actually be weak or take away from their late game powerspike. Other champions like Nasus and Warwick have a heavy early game cost to pay for their strong lategame and that's the way it should be.

The most obvious gripe I have with Jinx is the fact that she can deal full, improved damage and even crit to multiple targets. 1) she should not be able to crit secondary targets at all. 2) The bonus range and aoe should be enough, she doesn't need 10% bonus damage.

Vayne needs a change to 1 of her 3 basic abilities. Having a low cooldown tumble that keeps her safe from wombo combo engages like Thresh's hook combined with condemn which gives her massive kill pressure and disengage means you can't do anything to prevent her lategame powerspike. If the 2 above abilities won't be changed, her silver bolts definitely need to be changed to either deal % bonus health damage, or remove the flat damage.

Riot is going to have to do something soon. The torches and pitchforks are being gathered. They either need to buff up their counters or nerf them.

Bot lane (both ADC and Support) has been receiving a lot of player "Why is this allowed to go on" for a little bit. Most of the attention is aimed at ADCs because those things actively kill you, but the support role ain't much better it seems.

ADC would probably be fine if they reverted the last Graves nerf. That way there would be a counter pick to Jinx, Tris, and Vayne early. The latest buff to Lucian should help some as well. But Jinx and Vayne still need to be hit hard for their early game.

Support is pretty strong right now. I main support and I have lots of picks to choose from, but I don't consider it too OP. Janna needs a slight nerf, probably a CD increase or something. Blitz is high risk/high reward mostly, his last nerf balanced him out pretty well but he may need a slight nerf as well. Nautilus is very strong, but smart teams can play around him. Thresh definitely is long overdue for a nerf. Tahm Kench is insanely OP in some matchups and needs support nerfs. Those are the only supports that are somewhat problematic right now.

I also main support. I agree with your overall analysis of the role right now. How do you feel about Leona? I personally thing she needs a love tap somewhere.

Leona is pretty balanced. IMHO, she is a slightly less powerful Nautilus. Naut's hook is easier to land and his AoE is better. I consider his ult slightly better too since it's a guaranteed hit, but it's debatable.

We don't need adc buffs, they are already the centerpiece of every team. Trist needs a nerf too.

Susan kinda falls into the Vayne category of actually having a pretty good early game due to, unlike everything else, not being nerfed. I couldnt even reliably pick Gnar into Nasus, because if hes really good, hes just gonna win lane/ at least survive and free farm by the time he gets some armor and win by mid- late.

I kinda agree with that. Nasus is the kinda like Vayne in the sense that he only needs one item to come back and start out healing your poke, all in, or just being able to out trade you.

He has a million counterpicks though. Vayne's only true counter imo is Draven.

ADCs are the favored sons.

Tbh if you're playing Jax then you should be having trouble vs anything because Jax is trash tier atm

That's why he has buffs on the PBE

You kidding? He's basically a better phoenix udyr. He's great sated and his recent ultimate nerf makes him dish out tons of damage while being beefy.

Jinx untouched??

She's was nerfed twice in a row. First to her Rocket damage (there was a huge debacle about it, you've forgotten about it already?) then to the ASPD on her Q. She's so easy to murder once you get into her personal space literally.

So yes, Vayne I agree (Also Draven has never been nerfed, just changed his passive 2 years ago) but Jinx?... please
