I can respect the notion of an Azir rework.

Azir's untargetable soldiers make laning phase extremely one-sided.

The W has soo much power, especially during the laning phase, against champions that he counters like Zed but because it isn't as spammable as it could be Azir finds it much harder to lane against champions that circumvent the oppressiveness of his kit like LeBlanc and Ahri. The way his Q and W work right now is so strong that Riot needed to make nerfs to other parts of his kit to make him more vulnerable in the laning phase such as E nerf and the removal of one of his passives.

Azir's soldiers should have been designed so that they were targettable so you could kill them with abilities and autoattacks to alleviate the oppression but were spammable with relative low cost to a point where Azir can still reliably make enough soldiers or manoeuvre them to defend himself easier against champions that counter him.
