Can we please just have tenacity reduce knockups?

It's so frustrating to invest into tenacity and still be knocked up for 2 years because every new champ has like 3 in their kit.

If that's not an option, maybe introduce a new stat like "gravity" or "earthbound" and have it reduce knock-up duration?

Most knockups only last for a second or less. You wouldn't be able to reduce more than 20 seconds of it a match with tenacity.

4 are skillshots, one is a big ass giant circle which you have enough time to dodge. If tenacity worked on knockups/knockbacks.. then there would be absolutely no point in it since knockups last for such a short period of time.

That logic makes absolutely no sense. So basically what you are saying is that there’s no point in crowd control since tenacity reduces the duration of other forms of it that aren’t knockups

Crowd control lasts longer though. There are ofc exceptions (Irelias 0.75s stun) but most are at least 1.5s long. You can get up to a 51% tenacity fairly easy (not counting in cleanse), if tenacity reduced knockups which usually last 0.75-1.2s then there would be literally no point in investing in it.

I disagree, so many champions have knockups and displacements , I would definitely invest in it. Some itemization against knockups wouldnhelp tanks not be shit without buffing them directly. In some games it’s fiffi to even front line because you’re getting juggled around so much.

Tenacity should not reduce knock up, unless riot add a new stat called champion weight. The heavier your champion is, the less time you spend in the air.
