yeah but you can summon it from your own nexus if you wanted too... it literally has no range limit or duration.

You usually want to summon it near the turret though so you can immediately start taking turrets instead of having to wait for it

or you know... with an incoming cannon wave... behind your turret, its not like they have vision just behind your t1 turret, so they still dont know which lane it will pop in and you just have to push a resulting 1 wave, its much more beneficial this way. it CANT be interrupted as riot wants to be.
