Guinusoos Rageblade ideas

First idea is making it's build path only have AP or attack speed items in it ( or just no AD at all as it's completely useless on a AP item ) since champions what utilize both these stats do not build Guinusoos ever (only Akali and maybe Mord ever build Hextech gunblade anyway) and "hybrid" in this game essentially means AP+Attack speed

Secondly make the surge passive act like a miniature Lulu ult when it pops (make it only knock away units NOT knockup or stun ect. kind of like when someone got the Acended! buff in the ascension game mode but obviously A LOT smaller) as well as change around some of the stats on it such as removing lifesteal and spellvamp for perhaps more attack speed and maybe movement speed (they are bigger after all)

Right now the item is pointless and I often wonder why this relic of older times is still in the game
