How do I deal with Trolls in Ranked, Riot?

What am I supposed to do? I can't dodge, because I lose LP. If I play the game, I'll be on tilt and probably lose LP as well.

What do I do when I ask my team member what he wants, he says nothing, so I lock in Jinx, and then they lock in Miss Fortune afterwards, and I'm assuming they're supporting? And then they go Doran's Blade and fight me for every minion? Then, I do badly because I'm pretty tilted from his guy, and he decides to taunt me, call me "kid" and tell me how bad I am. I get mad. I ask the enemy team to report them. One of the enemy team even wants to report me, since this troll convinces them that I'm the actual troll.

So Riot, why isn't there a way to avoid this in champ select? Or at least in the first 5 minutes of the game? Why do I have to deal with this and have no way to avoid it? Come on, I'm sure you guys can think of something. Maybe a voting system where if 3 out of 5 people vote to dodge queue or 3 out of 5 people vote to end the game prematurely before 5 minutes that everyone could leave without losing LP, and perhaps even the opposing team could even gain a small amount of LP for their wasted time.
