@Riot are there any plans for Swain anytime soon?
He's not the best but he isn't bad. He's supposed to be some smart general in his lore but his kit doesn't fulfil this fantasy, excluding his quote where he wants to morph and kill them all.
If a rework isn't coming, can his ult have maybe a small mana scaling, his E having something more noticeable than just a damage increase perhaps marks a timer on the enemy where Swains spells have small additional effects like his Q slow is double or tripled, his W inflicts a dot dealing 50% more damage over 3 seconds, and his R gives some mana back for hitting the marked champion.
Maybe buff his R to have 5 birds BUT do the same damage as live and same heal.
