I've been playing all day and not once have I had the opportunity to test anything. Champs get banned. Skin-release champs get banned. How am I supposed to test anything when it's impossible to do so? Why is there no stipulation requiring us to play champs and game modes being tested?

Making it artificial kind of defeats the point, riot does playtests like that internally.
