This just helps prove that damage is through the roof if a support can 1v1 a bruiser. This also proves that bruisers need some serious help in the game.

that Rakan blew everything he had in order to kill that tryndamere. It's not like it happened instantly either, it took a good 10 or so seconds.

yea however he got trynd down to have health with 2 abilities. And trynds ult delayed as well. I mean should a Rakan be able to 1v1 a trynd?

I'm guessing trynd's build included exactly 0 defensive items and he took full attack runes. 0 defense means you take tons of damage, even from a support.

Apparently, rakan, even as a support is very ahead of trynda, you can easily see that cause trynda starts running away the moment he sees rakan. Trynda doesnt deal much damage to him cause he doesnt have the items to deal damage and rakan has a lot of armor. The second reason this happens is simply that rakan outplayed trynda. Trynda, with enough items, can hit like a truck if he gets the opportunity to do so, but because of his simple game style he is prone to getting outplayed while his ability to outplay others is very limited. Especially with all the shields, heals and cc that rakan has.

Rakan has 0 armor built from what I can tell he has unholy grail redemption and ardent with a unfinished coin. Tryndamere had a phantom dancer a ghostblade and a blade of the ruined king

Well, even without any armor items, these items are not enough to make him hit like a truck. Especially with the fact that he manged to land like 1 or 2 autos.
