apparently elder dragon overrides the other 4 drags/soul so hard what was the point of even obtaining soul.
it doesnt feel like a dragon it feels like a absolute cheat code. THAT burn shouldnt exist in the game of how much damage it deals.
at least nerf it vs how much drags that team has instead of simply ha ha we stole elder so we auto win despite winning teamfights in the past.
The whole point of it is that it's a potential comeback moment. If the dragon soul guaranteed you'd win the teamfight even if the enemy stole the Elder from you, then there'd be no point in fighting over Elder.
Elder is a massive power boost, but it should put you on even footing with the team that has four drakes and the Soul. The team with the Soul had an advantage and lost Elder anyway, so the enemy team gets a chance to comeback. Once Elder buff runs out, you'll still have the Soul.
Considering elder doesnt spawn until the dragon soul is taken, shouldnt the elder buff only give the burn to the team with the soul?
Team fight importance scales with the respawn timers late game...If you had a significant lead you should have played around elder or at least denied it. Probably just poor macro. I do think the importance of drakes has made top lane even more irrelevant. In my opinion having the drakes alternate spawn top / bottom would shake up the bot lane meta, and increase drake HP would stop people soloing drakes early making team fights around objectives more action packed.
If you got the soul and couldn't end or contest elder, then ur bad... U deserved to lose.
