Elo hell is you being to only one in the game who knows what to do to win, but your team mates don't want/know how to group up for a team fight. I mean, when we kill the fed enemy tryndamere and have the team pushing up mid but half the team has to go and kill bot inhib even though mid inhib is already down. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
If you can't carry yourself out of that elo then you belong there. It's not called elo hell it should be called elo heaven because you seem to think you're so much better than your team/opponant
Elo hell is a mindset that lets you ignore your own mistakes while focusing almost entirely on the mistakes of your allies. Sometimes you can focus on your own mistakes, and sometimes you can look past the mistakes of your team to see and use their strengths, but not often enough to let you win reliably.

Alot of the time people stubbornly want to win their way, which extends their time in elo hell. Be flexible and move with the ebb and flow of the meta to rise faster
