Is it just me or is this champ just pure shit right now?

It's sad because I really liked playing her

I think Kalista is in a very awkward place right now. Kalista isn't a tower-pushing machine like Jinx or Tristana (or Kog'Maw, even), she doesn't have the safety and reliability of Caitlyn, or the utility of Ashe or Jhin, or even the wave-clear speed and team engage of someone like Sivir. So, in short, she has none of the assets the current meta is looking for. Kalista is good at securing objectives and kiting, and I think that there are just a lot of ADCs who can currently do that better. I don't think it's so much that Kalista isn't good in general, just that it's less beneficial as of right now.

Just my thoughts though...

She used to be too powerful, so they nerfed her to the ground so LCS wouldn't pick her nonestop

she's not, problem is that the oathsworn MUST be proficient with kalista as well, which happens once every blue moon, also, you can't rebind black spear after... 3 minutes? so you're stuck with someone who may not care what you do.

aside from that she's pretty powerful.

yeah her numbers won't really reflect her problems since her actual problems lies in her oathsworn, if the other player can't play in synergy with kalista, she's doomed, hence the low win ratio... if you go to lolking or such and filter her win ratio per rank, you'll see that high elo players have more success with her but they find it a bit of a nuisance so they stay away from her too.
