When your live casters publicly say that distortion on boots is a bad purchase

I think you understand that you got to change something, unless you don't feel the slight embarrassment when your own employees publicly announce your fails on balance attempts, whether that is on items or champions.

thresh landed that clutch flash + hook on azir thanks to the distortion boots.

That also means that something has to change.

It's either the casters' mindset or the boots.

I'd like both, because a small buff to distortions would also be welcome.

He didn't say it'S a bad purchase in generall, but in that specific situation, thats a huge difference(and distortion boots thresh still won that game)

He didn't say they were bad in general, just that in this situation, he disagreed because a Locket would have been very good.

congrats on the misquote. They said they did not think it was a good idea at 15 minutes and that he could spend the extra 400+ gold into other items that they felt were good for the team. They did not say it was a bad upgrade in general, only at that time in game.

I tend to disagree here, if you have 2 summoners that profit from distortion (especially ghost+flash) they are a really great buy. It´s niche, but I think that´s ok (same for captain).

Taking off 60 sec off TP and Flash is pretty good IMO
