Matchmaking in normals is stupid as f**k

I play primarily normals because, well, i enjoy normals. I don't play ranked because of all the unnecessary pressure and toxicity. The game is not built only for competitive players and casuals need to have fair and balanced match making experience too.

Normals MMR and ranked MMR are not connected and that is the issue. Often these types of matchups happen and sorry to say, it's just dumb as fuck and it's not fun for anyone. https://i.imgur.com/lsqhVKw.png

This level 32 veigar was utterly destroyed by this diamond 4 zed. by minute 15 zed was like 15/0 and we surrendered. gotta say, this game sucked.

That's more a matter of it happening to be your worst teammate who got put against their best, and in a counter matchup to boot.

I'm pretty sure none of us had the capacity to deal with this diamond 4 that plays since season 3. No matter what position he will play he will utterly dominate a game like this.

You can't constantly balance the metagame with 100+ champs, you have to balance the actual champ kits. That's not what happens though, Riot tries to rigidly enforce metagame, which by definition they should not be doing ever.

'The game outside the game.' New Riot devs completely missed this point. So they make champs with expectations on where they will be played and what kind of equipment they expect to be played with character. Then someone goes off-meta and 'breaks' everything... It's all primed to be broken with every single game change!
