Illaoi W should act like Talon Q for the purposes of attacking in melee range

To preface this, Illaoi's W, an empowered attack where she leaps at her target for the attack, can't be used when she is immobilized. It makes sense because she leaps at her target, and an immobilize should prevent that. HOWEVER, while she's immobilized, she can't attack someone with her W when they are within her normal attack range.

What this really means is that immobilizes against Illaoi make her completely unable to command her tentacles, and if she has a W empowered attack ready when the immobilize hits, she can't auto attack until either the immobilize finishes or her empowered attack ends.

In Talon's case, his Q empowered attack can cause him to leap to his target at a range, but if his target is close enough, he doesn't leap, just uses his empowered attack, even if he is immobilized.

Give Illaoi's W the Talon Q treatment. If Illaoi's W empowered attack target is in melee range, don't make her leap to them, just have her attack them. It's nonsense for immobilizing effects to be so detrimental to her playstyle.
