A buff to off-pick on-hit champions?

Rageblade and Nashor's work on champions who already have something in their kit for it. Meanwhile, the once off-meta go-to item; Wit's End, cannot shred MR anymore. On-hit off-meta mage builds got hit really bad with that. New Wit's End also butchered the power for ranged champions, who again, are the primary off-pick on-hit champions.

Off-meta on-hit builds now ALWAYS need Press the Attack and 2 items after Rageblade in order to start doing damage.

Can we please get a ranged on-hit magic damage item which synergizes well again with off-meta on-hit marksmen again?

I mean on hit in general needs a buff like it's impossible to even go full on hit. Riot reworking wits hurt basically every in hit champions but MasterYi and Shyvana.

On hit needs more items and a revert to wits end not just for off meta but in general.
